Glitched quest

I was doing one of Sparky's last quests which was 'get a sickle' so I buy one from the market and I didn't complete it then when I checked it said 'Required items:Hoe(0/1)' It even says on the quest title 'I need a sickle'

Try and fix this please.

Yeah you need a hoe. There were many posts about this. Always check the requirement not what sparky says.

Ye, i'm going to start looking on quest menu before I buy anything I need now lol.
