look at ur status to see how many digestive pills u need to take , and get food thats good for ur digestive system , go make ur self hungry by fighting or something , eat some of the food when ur hungry and make urself hungry again , keep doing this until ur digestive system is to 0 instead of negative whatever

No it caps at 300 and I believe you would still get sick if you stayed that full for very long.
