Error Log System?? What do I DO?

This hasnt happened till i got my computer fixed... All my other Pcs in the house has the same prob. When i sign in and press play live, the Start Game button does show. When i press it it says error log system and some weird looking letters..Cant Read it,,,:=p: So??????



Can any1 Help me ?????
