You have to have someone recruit you, an admin to another clan, or if you're level 10+ and have at least... 3 people i think... you can make one by clicking the tabs above the player list in a channel, selecting the 3 people, and clicking create. That needs 1000 bounty also.

Just fixing what he.she said.
You have to have at least 4 people to make a clan.

You can go around searching for administrators of other clans, or you can make a clan by being level 10+, having 1,000 Bounty, and 4 starting members not including yourself.
If you're looking for clans, going to private channels labeled "Clan Make" or "Tryouts" are good, as are going into clan channels and asking for tryouts.
Most clans take you in based on skill, so if you don't have enough, they won't let you in. There are some "for fun" clans out there, but not much.
