Ok ok, i'm a newbie, started about 2-3 days ago and have a level 14 gunner. So i'm on the bean pasta quest, given by that griselle girl in hangyang, or whatever that city is called.
So i got about 36 units of bean and straw, so i put them into the make menu, and when i got down to select what to make, it gives me jp shoes and 24 units of bean pasta, yet i only have enough beans and straw to make 12 units of, so i'm like wth?!?So i do some fancy footwork, and finally put in only 3 units of bean and straw, to my surprise it tells me i can make 2 units of bean pasta, when i know i can only make 1 unit with the stuff i have in the menu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:busted:: cry::cry:

Is it just me or is the make menu screwed or loopsided? I swear. Can anyone help me?
Also does anyone know how to put a specific amount of units into the make menu from the inventory, for example, i want to put 10 beans into the make menu even though i have 20. All i can do so far is only put that set concrete amount, no flexability!:cry:

Also what should i waste my skill points into, all gunnery?!?

it says in the item information window that for every 3 bean/straw it makes 2 units

Um, i know that, but for some reason i can't make the bean pasta, everytime i put in the right amount of items, than select what i want to make, then press make or that curved arrow, nothing happens, But when i'm doing the quest, and that griselle girl is briefing me, she says "3 bean units and straw units, to make 1 bean pasta", she doesn't say two.

So something most be wrong here, there has to be a bug or something.
Also the item making menu is truely screwed. Example i'm doing that McCoy quest and i need to build the bronze swords. I put the ingredients in and for options i get brass and bronze axe, like hell??!?

Maybe your inventory was full in the first place?

Naw my inventory is never full.

Can anyone tell me how to put a specific amount of units of ingredients into the make menu.
Example i have 20 copper ore units and i want to put say 10 units of copper into the make menu. How do i do that? Everytime i try something, i always end up with either 20 copper in the make menu, or 20 in the inventory.

but thanks for the help so far.

It doesn't matter how many you put into the make menu, it doesn't affect the materials in any way.

Ok that warps up all my questions on item making.

Lol but i'm going to make a new thread about skills and skill points. So watch out for it.
