Wrong Item

I had bought the wrong item in the shop just a little while ago, I got the frost enchant rather then the electric one and I was wondering if I could swap that out some how?

the frost is pretty good too :P

it slows them down, they can tumble or dash. great against k-stylers cuz they're screwed and they become easy to pb or in my case, rev spam.

after I posted this I did play with it a bit, not bad at all, its great aganst those KSers and playing around edges lol.
