how do u no if u have xp lock? i am lv 66 and 1% is hard to get so how do i no if i am locked? plz tell me, if i am locked i will quit this gay game forever

nvm i got 1%!!!!!!!! i there something called xp slowdown? because i am supposed to get at least 1% every 10 minutes and that 1% took me over half an hour? like wtf? knovict99 probably paid ijji to slow my xp lock cause he nos i am gonna pass him soon, i CAN'T STAND that addict

I got XP locked also, i was in duel with 2 mates, went for dinner, came back to 150 deaths, they were saying "omg i can't get xp" so i take that as i/they swapped? didn't mean to :(
