...What am I supposed to do with it? It doesn't go with a boss combination, yet, its a sacrifice item. I can sell it for 200 bounty, and I can't equip it. Should I just sell it?

You're suppose to use it for show off purposes. Otherwise, leave it in your inventory because 200 bounty is simply way too cheap.
