If someone kills with Raon L. shot 2 he doesn't get the kill (even if it was in his turn).
Is this a bug or the admins just whanted to balance the mobile?

If you manage to make the raon explode (that's it, it lands right on your opponent, or you use dual and they explode with the help of thor, thunder, etc. and they explode) while you're shooting, you still get any bonus that you'd get with any shot.
