problem... with rewards

i once got a prems boots but then it dnt appear in my inventory can anyone tell me y?

a frend once told me he recieved oddgun x2 and didnt appear in his inventory...

i think this is the same problem i had with the christmass quest where at the end it says ig ot this gear but stil dnt appear in the inventory.

Only perma ones are the shop items... And the event items if yours wins you get it perma.. I think..
