First, go to an image hosting website like www.imageshack.us (http://www.imageshack.us)
Click browse.

And find the image, wherever it may be on your computer, click it, and click open.
Next, if you'd like to resize the picture click the checkbox by the option to re-size the picture, and choose the size you want it to be.
After that, click "Host it"

After that it will bring you to a screen like this. Click the text in the box that says "Direct link to image"
Then copy the text in the box either by pressing Control+C on the keyboard, or by right clicking the highlighted text and clicking copy.

Now that you have your picture ready to be placed on the forums get ready to make your post.
Click the little picture button on the post toolbar, then paste the text you copied from the direct link textbox at imageshack by pressing control+v on the keyboard, or right clicking and selecting past, then click OK

Now you're all done, and your image is ready to be posted on the forums :D
