Hi everybody! (Hi Doctor Nick) Whoops that’s not right…
So it’s my week to create a blog entry. I’ve been so busy with Gunbound and Drift City that I haven’t had much time to play any games lately. I miss being able to play and improving my skills. Perhaps when the workload lightens a bit I hope to be able to get ingame more.
The release of Gunbound Season 2 has been drawing closer. In preparation GM Dak and I have been writing some web updates that talk about the new expendable items and forces. I also had a chance to play Season 2 with Dak. I thought it was pretty cool and I especially liked the Mirror Force. It’s fun to watch the shots fly in crazy directions.
Dak and I have also been working on a Gunbound Prom event that is scheduled to happen in May (as always, this is subject to change). Here is some of the concept art that we received for the new avatars!

The update for Drift City is coming soon. We’re still in the testing phase but from what I’ve heard, the testing is going well. One feature that is scheduled to be in the next update is Rush Time (aka Boss HUV). Here are a few screenshots from our Alpha Server:

On a more personal note, Dak, Xander, Lightburb, Devilito and I switched our desks to let some of us be closer to our respective game Project Managers. I’m still getting used to being in Xander’s old spot. It’s a nice space though, thanks Xander!
