Quest Page 1 (Lvl.1) - Quest Page 13
Quest Page 2 (Lvl.2) - Quest Page 25
Quest Page 3 (Lvl.3) - Quest Page 41

Goblin King (Boss Quest) - Crimson Necklace + Goblin Skull
Superion the tainted (Boss Quest) - Large Skull + Skeleton Doll
Aneramon the wicked (Boss Quest) - Mysterious Skull + Skeleton Doll
Giant Lizardman (Boss Quest) - Platinum Earring + Gold Earring
Broken Golem (Boss Quest) - High Class Gear + Kobold Doll
Lich (Boss Quest) - Devils Dictionary + Enormously Huge Skull

The "Quest Pages" can be used on any type of map.
-Mansion / Dungeon / Prison
-Goblin King - Mansion Map
-Superion - Dungeon
-Aneramon - Dungeon
-Giant Lizardman - Prison
-Broken Golem - Prison
-Lich - Dungeon

In order to find these "Sacrafice Items" you need to successfully complete pages.
ie; Page 25+ will allow you to find Large Skulls, Mysterious Scrolls, and Crimson Necklaces.
It's possible to get the boss items from Page 13, how ever it's generally very uncommon.
Also, the higher the page - the higher the chance you have of finding one of the boss items.
ALSO! Boss items drop specifically from certain types of mini-boss monsters.
ie; Shaman drop "Crimson Necklaces", in the Mansion quest from Pages 25+
Mini-Superions, and Mini-Aneramons drop Large Skulls, and Mysterious Skulls.
They can only be found in the Dungeon Map (Large, and Mysterious Skulls).
For the prison Quest, you can only find Platinum Earrings from Mini-Lizardman Bosses.
Other Sacrifice items, for example "Skeleton Dolls", "Kabold Dolls", and "Goblin Skulls".
These items can be attained by killing lower class monsters from normal Quest Pages.

Enormously Huge Skulls only can be found from killing "Superion the Tainted".
Devils Dictionary can only be found from killing "Aneramon the wicked".
High Class Gear can only be found from killing "Giant Lizardman".

Also, as a result from killing bosses, it's possible to attain "Quest Items".

u forgot the trophy items and the dark shirt thingy form lich lol but besides that nice.

The trophy items aren't worth more then npcing for 500 bounty each.
Also, I've never - ever - heard of Dark Shirt? Lich only drops 2 items.
That's Dark Lord Trousers and Wings of Catastrophe.
