Here's a little info on reporting bugs:

When you see any kind of defect in the game, let us know by posting here. The most important part of reporting bugs is writing out the steps clearly so that another person can reproduce it. Here's an example:

1. In the City,
2. The ijji Zone menu appears
3. Press 2
4. Select the first Service Quest
5. Click Next and then accept the Quest
6. Drive through all the checkpoints
7. Drive through the last checkpoint

Result:
The game freezes and must be closed with ctrl-alt-delete.

That was just an example. You may encounter simpler or more complex bugs. Your reports don't have to be perfect; just do your best. Include your computer specs, software running in the background, or other relevant info if you think it will help.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BUG REPORT

The information below is required in order to submit the issue directly to our Quality Assurance team for further investigation.

~ Bug Reporting Guideline ~

1. Game Title:

2. [Please provide a brief description of the issue]

3. What is the name of your internet provider (ISP)?
4. How fast is your internet connection?

5. Is your computer connected to a router?
a. If yes, please provide the brand/Model #

6. Do you have firewall security?

7. What web browser do you use?
(Example: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)

8. What Operating System (OS) are you using?
(Example: Windows 2000/XP/Vista, etc)

9. Has this issue happened multiple times?

10. Please open your Task Manager (press CTRL-ALT-DEL) and take a picture of the following:
- Your process list
- Your application list

Then, combine these screenshots into one and save them as either a JPG or GIF image and attach them to the e-mail to QA.

11. Attach your DxDiag.txt file…

To get your dxdiag.txt file, follow these instructions:
- Click Start, and then click Run
- In the Open box, type Dxdiag, and then click OK
- Click on "Save all information"
- Save the file somewhere you will remember
- Attach the dxdiag.txt file with the email you send to QA

12. Lastly, please explain in detail, how this error occurred and any changes that may have been made to your PC to cause this issue.

All of the 12 points above need to be submitted to the QA department in order for them to accurately investigate the issue you are experiencing. Please be sure to send the e-mail to: driftcity_bugreport@ijji.com
