Are avatar items, premium items for your avatar (shown on website) Or for in game luminar, and permanent? Because I want to buy them but im not sure or they are for in game and permanent.

They for your in game character. There is an expiration date, usually 30 days. They boost stats.

Does the travelers suit lasts 30 days too? It doesn't says so. It only says at the butterfly set.

How do you have money to be buying things when apparently you can't read.

When purchasing items in game there will be options of either 7 or 30 days, only rare clothes are the ones obtained from gold keys (or silver/bronze).
