my patch isn't downloading

something with my patch isn't downloading i accepted the things that wanted to accese my internet for the patch and ijji i don't know what to do now please help me

it might have several reasons:
1. if it isnt even entering to the patch downloader so it maybe cuz you arnt using internet explorer/fire fox to enter to the game.
2. if it did entered to the patch dowloader and you wait for a while and it still isnt downloading the patch it is because sometimes it has bugs that it opens the patch downloader with all of the links and then it get stuck (maybe its only a prob on my comp :P) - in that case close the patch downloader and enter the game again untill it starts to download.
3. you are just need paitience to wait till it starts to download :P.

should i download from the direct file or the live play button
i downloaded 3 times now each from live play
