CAN you get banned from infracts on forums. i mean can you get banned from the actuall game for roums posts and stuff?

You can't get banned ingame if you get infractions on forums, only your forum account will be banned then.

No, you can't get banned for forum infractions. The rules should say that only your forum account will be deactivated.
You'll still be able to play the actual game, as for most games.
Also realize that it's close to impossible to accidentally get yourself banned from the forums (as in constantly rule-breaking by accident). 100% of the time you'll get banned for being a fool on purpose.
