V9 Huving Get Hypa Parts ?

I am lvl 82 and i am still confused about huving with a v9 to get hypa parts, here i have a few questions and i hope they can be solved here =]

1. Is it true tat we can get hypa parts with a v9 when hit the huv?
2. If it is true, then wat are the requirements?
3. Can upgraded v9 cars get hypa parts from huv?

2. V9 Car and the higher level the better I believe. (I think V8's can get lvl 60 and 65 hypers too but those are VERY rare)

Level of your parts doesn't matter. But I personally don't find parts drop useful.

Hmm. Well, I'm driving V7 Tiger to patrol. I do get lvl 60 hyper parts, but the best I've ever gotten was a Outro - Reduce speed decrease by 4% when crashing, and a bunch of lvl 40+ parts.

I wanna ask - is there a difference between the quality of the parts (the purple stats) when you huv and patrol?

And is there a difference between using a natural V9 or an upgraded V9?

Patrols: You always get 3xlvl 60 part (if you are lvl 56+) regardless of the car class.
HUVs: You basically get the same parts from HUVs you COULD get from combos.

There is no difference in quality of the parts, it's nothing but luck. And there is no difference between natural and upgraded V9s either.

u CAN drop hyper parts if u use v9 when u HUV, BUT they're still rare to drop. the most u drop r lvl43,49&55.

i personally experienced tat ... the more % u got the harder u get prats drop but better quality!

I am driving a V8 Ruby for Rush Time. This should help confirm that they can. I hit the boss at least 41 times.

I got a Lotus (Level 65 Part) and an Outro (Level 60 Part). The rest were level 43-55.

% parts drops are useless to me now. Waste of parts.

Heres a trick, just keep HUVING/Patroling until your WHOLE inventory is full (I have 4 pages, which is decently around 10 patrols, meaning 1 ME xD). You are BOUND to get at LEAST 1 good part, worth 5k or above.

I did 15 patrols last week back to back, not even going into dome inbetween, and all i got was utter rubbish, so you ARENT bound to get ANY good parts at all (all mine were statless or 2 speed/something)

Last 124 or so parts I have obtained on my Ruby, all were junk... -_-


Edit: During teh most recent Rush Time... I obtained 10 Parts. All of which were junk. 3 of which had a +2 to a certain stat. So that makes 134 parts so far. -_-
