game starts but cant see wats happening only hear music

ok this is really weird, i press play live and then i hear the soldier front music but i cant see the game and click the server to go in and play please help!

i get the same problem. when i start up SF i only hear music and the icon stays at the bottom of the taskbar (won't let me click it). i try to alt+tab to it or click it repeatedly and it gives me some error about my connection, which i've never had a problem with.

Read the known issues.
Right click the desktop, click properties, then settings.
Set the resolution to 1024x768 or higher.

It still doesnt work for me. My pixals are at 1224 X 1024 and it still freezes at the intro page where it said soldiers front
