You have to go into your items purchased section and then click Lucky Box. You can only open them in the GunZ Ijji Website.

Yea, the link above brings you directly, but for the future, when buying a lucky box, once you purcahse it, it will be located in "My items/Lucky Box" To get there, go to the gunz home page, click item shop. You will see "Item shop" on the left of the page, and on the top.
Once at your items, click "Lucky boxes"
