nope i checked my inbox an hour ago 2 hours after i got banned and im pissed i had a lvl 35 ive been workin on and then i get banned outta nowhere

Send a message to GM_Silk and give him your User ID and ask why you were banned.

ya i saw him talk but no icon in the list then he told someone to stop spamming and i get disconnected and banned after he sais "first ban of the day" For the person that was spammin and after someone said there was an admin and i said where

Yes, you just need to know how to get around it.
One of the common mistakes is saying how multiple accounts got banned, you'll get a "We cannot assist you on the matter of other accounts from this account, please file a complaint through your other accounts individually", or something likewise.
There are many other things you shouldn't say, but sometimes just including "I do not want an automated reply" will have the system pick it out and lay it before the GM's to show that they are, after all, there to help us. :D

Why are you making multiple threads about this? First of all, you shouldn't be making threads like this regarding account actions. You should be contacting account administration through the help desk.

My response to the other thread you made- "You were spamming profanities, well after you saw there was an admin in the lobby. Bad idea imo. You should have received an E-mail from Account administration with the details of the suspension."

And it wasn't 10 people for no reason, it was 2 people for spamming profanities. ^_^

Lol I saw loads of spammers in the lobby being told to shut up(politely) by admins lately. He warned them that if they kept swapping or spamming they'd get banned.

Are you the same Dukus that I just caught wall hacking, on replay, today, and reported? The Dukus that I reported was a level 35 player and was shooting, with a machine gun, at players from inside the main staircase of the Mansion map. A ban should be coming.

is there actually any proof i was spamming profanities or are you just saying that because someone else got banned for it cause someone has a screenshot and it wasnt me so kinda check on that first before blaming someone else
