OMFG >.< Help Me Please

So, I click play live and the message pops up

Connecting to server please wait.

But it just stops there.. and freezes.

Now after a while it works (after continously clicking play live, cancel, play live, etc.)

So when it works. I get to the gunz launcher and it says cannot connect to server and cannot get updates >.<
Tip: Please check your firewall.. yada yada I don't have firewall running. I know it's not my computer because Lagger Front works.. but not gunz >.<
AND.. after a while I acctually make it past the Gunz Launcher.... GameGaurd Freezes.. and it won't work..

I've tried restarting, reseting my internet, and No i have no background programs running... some one help me.. it started after May 7th update >.<

EDIT: Yes i know i can contact help desk.. don't remind me.. I want to see if I can't get answer earlier

Have you tried reinstalling the ijji downloader?

Well I'm back where I started.. I reinstalled both gunz and the easy installer then reinstalled both of them.. and it still dosen't work D=

Someone help me!!

if it cant receive the game data, your firewall and or anti virus is in the way

turn them off

Delete your temporary history, and check through your recycle bin make sure no old gunz files are there.

i got the same problem for 3 weeks now ,it gives me Errors on Gunz.exe and System.mrs and another thing

and tryed it after restarting the main connection and my connection still didn't work
