Creating/Exiting Clan

1. Does the Clan Leader and Promoter/Admin thingy have to have joined another clan before to create a clan?

2. Can/How do you exit a Clan? Is there any cost to exiting a Clan?

1. No one person makes the clan with other 4 members. The person who made the clan is leader

2. No cost you just press quit clan and you're done
