Error log system + ingame crash

Hey i have been playing gunz fine since yesterday when i changed the graphics options on gunz now everytime i get in the game and start fightin in game it lags extremely badly then closes with an Error Log System message popping up i have rental prems like the new pioneer that arent cheap and would like help with this problem please or a refund on my premiums if not fixed please help ..

I now get agent error message when playing if it doesnt crash instantly after joining the game making the game impossible to play ...
