Svaha - Athena

Hi there :) This is sailormoon. Svaha Town Chief.

Let me dicribe wih a few words what is Svaha for Athena, how we are doing, what we have passed to reach here and how we see the future of this town right now.

The History of Svaha: As first TC of Svaha (and first resident) I can describe to you all, in a few words, what has happened to this town till now.
Svaha opened whene the second towns came out on Athena server. It was Reborn and Hardy the first 2 top shareholders who supported me as the first candidate and helped me (with many others shareholders by their side) win the first TC of Svaha position. Well I have to admit that I was not so much expirienced when I first became TC and I cannot say that the town had good days. Althouth we started (me and townies) to create great relationships of friendship in the town. Thing that it is still the basic characteristic of Svaha. Although always there are bad guys. In games and in reallity. And unfortunately Svaha had a lot of them. I was not able and expirienced enough to contro them, so they ruined the town and made me step off my position. It was a lethal mistake of me and I take over the whole responsibility for anyting that happened after that.
Even if it was the day that we gotour first building (a HG with GM's donation of 120mil) I was not able to keep the town under order and I resing my position. Totaly 100% my mistake. Svaha started to die. No repair funds for the buildings cause of the bad TC the town had (me), no more big number of residents (we used to be full), no heads and TC to lead the town. No one was available to take over and save Svaha. And to be honest who would like to put himself under this situation. No one till the second TC of Svaha came. Plakster. Hetook over Svaha, Repaired the buildings and kept it stable and alive. In awful condition but alive.
But the timecame and I returned to the town. It was hard to descide it bad I had to do somethng to fix my mistakes. We arranged with Plakster to gimme Svaha back and I promised to him and the residents that "I will make Svaha shine". That was exactly my words.
We had no funds. We had no activity. We had no high lv's. But we said let's try our best. With the greatest help of our residents we rebuilded Svaha. We made the HG full active, reaching even the first 3 ranks of the most useful HG of the server. We created politics on how we will choose the heads, how we will let shares out, when we will call the meetings. We brought artisans in town and we were out on the road all day to recruit active members that could help us revive Svaha.
In the end and after a donation that came out from the townies we had 19 mil +. More than enough to make us able to repair and put agood base for the future of Svaha.
Right now we have a capital more than 200 mil +. We are able to have at least 3-4 events per week, 4 NPC's all the time, Lv up our castle walls, funds for the local Guardian Deity and money to create a new Building anytime we want.
We do not know if Svaha is the town that the residents would love to see, but we sure know that now we look at the future of our small community.

An important moment for Svaha came out at last. After all this hard job we achieved on reaching the 350 mil profit. So we spend 210 mil to have 2 new buildings. A Broker House and a Party Hall.

The Buildings of Svaha: Currently we have the following buildings and with them these are the current heads.

1.Town Hall - sailormoon TC
2.Bank - AAA01 Head
3.Market - Ivellios Head
4.Warehouse - Yorishuma Head
5.Hunting Ground - Ragnarok17 Head
6.Post Office - sharp0eye Head
7.Broker House - MollyChandller Head
8.Party Hall - OldSchool Head


Svaha's NPC's: In Svaha we are using 2 standar NPC's that they never change and we have 4 more that are like a rotation system based on the times and the needs.

Standar NPC's:


1.Angelet
2.Jack the Carpenter


Both of them are usefull all the time and we consider them vital for the funds of the town and for the services of our residents.


Rotation System NPC's:


1.Wallace
2.Vlad
3.TinTin
4.Clara


In Svaha there is always a Vlad, a TinTin and/or a Clara to offer you their services on evolve your summons, dismantle your stuff and sell you tickets. Wallace comes based on the money we have available for NPC's and based on what the townies ask.

Also in Svaha we currently have a Teleportation Tower so our residents can free teleport back to their home. We will try to keep it in town for as long as we see that the townies need it.

Svaha's Allies and Enemies: After the "New Age" of Svaha started we have already made our contacts to have our own allies and make sure we hav a backup in matters like pk's and Town Wars. For Svaha Alliance means brotherhood. Protection to eachother. Help in any matter. Act like one town when we have to.
Our current Allies are:

1.Talatat - GreatGodZeus TC
2.Louhan - Kurokaze TC
3.Padovania - AxDracus TC
4.Brashkent - trueshot TC
5.Dromopolis - Snipevision TC


Svaha has no enemies so far. As TC I am against wars anyway and I have pass in the town that we have to try to have only friends around us. Although there are ways of gaming we do not like, but we have no reason to make enemies cause of that.

Svaha's Current Situation: As I said, Svaha is a prosperous town right now. A place with a lot of profit, active residents, high lv ppl and a lot of events. We are really satisfied in the way we are moving and we are excited on the excelent choices that are open right now.

Svaha's Policy: Svaha is still accepting allies and we are open to any town that wants to enter in our brotherhood. Although to descide to have an alliance with a new town, my current allies have to agree (the most of them) and of course the ppl of Svaha have to tell their opinion.
Svaha also recruits new members. Active ppl that want to know the game by the side of a real family. Ppl that respects gaming and are in the mood to serve the town that will give em even more fun in Luminary. We have not a specific lv requirment, although I prefer to see lower lv ppl join our allies like Padovania and Louhan, cause they need townies to help them, ppl that like to hunt down pker's and generaly participates in battles join Brashkent and trueshot and ppl that are between 40-50 lv go to Talatat after the promise we gave to our ally that will help them with new recruits. Although this doesn't mean that you are not welcome to join the "Town of the Mushrro Forest"!
We are not to provoke any kind of Town Wars. We won't start a war with any town and we will not particiate on sieges if the town that is under siege doesn't force us to do it.

Svaha's Future plans: Right now we are pointing at having enough funds to have events and offer fun to our townies. NPC's and Tele tower is also important for us, to have em in town all the time. Since we got 2 new buildings and a guardian diety strong summon we are not in any rush right now to put a new specific goal. We are willing to spend money to give fun to our townies and not only. If things turn out perfect again, we will fill the last empty building space ;)

Your words (wow man Snipevision and ShintaHimura!!!!!) honor me and are of huge importance. Bur let's be honest. No matter how good is the leader, he/she needs good followers to lead :)

And I do not thing what I do in Svaha is greatest of what bebe is doing in Shenb trying to revive a town that was like close but obligated to repair). Or what LinLan is doing in Sambara (filling with your knowledge a whole town and having a unique point of view about the game). Personaly I think that every single TC in our server worths his/her position and our gratzses. One way or another they have the right to put their names in the Tonw Hall of each town :)

This is a new event based on Reborn ijji Anniversary Event.

It is an idea Reborn had to give out shares of the towns to their townies.

He gave me the option to work sth with him and here it is.


From now on and for each DA that I am online I will SS your DA scores. I can do that by pressing alt+v, open the Town Window and look the War Points for each townie. This is your DA results for the current event. After that I will post the SS here, in this thread with the date and the hour of the DA.

Based on the SS you will receive shares from the ones Reborn has, as followes:

If you are up to 55 lv you get 1 share per 50 DA kills.

If you are from 56 to 80 lv you get 1 share per 75 DA kills.

If you are from 81 to 100 lv you get 1 share per 100 DA kills.

Getting 200+ kills or top 1 DA position means 5 shares auto.


Only my SS count to give you points/shares. If I am not online during the DA then there is no Shares Event. But I am online on at least 3 DA per week.

Cute Svahoonies it is time for you to gimme your words.

After I spoke with GM Dak about the matter of our new building, he ave me some words that halped me reach to the following descisions:

1. We will get a new building that will replace Boker House

2. The heads of our town will stay the same ppl we have now, since the new building is just a sub.

3. Our choices for the new building are: a) Farm and b) Mine.


Number 3 is where I need your precious help. I want us all together to descide which one of these 2 buildingfs we will get.

Here are the info we have.

I asked GM Dak what will hapened ifwe build them and he did not know. Understandable since it will be the first time in both ijji servers this will happen. Although he was more than willing to search for infos from the game developers or give us the chance to build it with risk without losing money.

Since we did not put the idea in use yet, I won't post in public what the GM said, but you can ask me in person what is this or in town chat. I can asure you though that he will help us not to lose a lot of money if w risk the building and it doesn't work normal.

Here are the infos about our 2 options.

If farm/mine works with a farm/mine building for lease and a farm/mine outside of the town then it is considered normal use and we keep the building.

Also if we just have the Farm/Mine Building without farm/mine outside of the town and with the option of ppl get lease in our building and farm/mine elsewhere, then again we keep it.

If we just get the Farm/Mine building but ppl cannot lease to us and farm/mine elsewhere then we dismantle it.

To vote I want you to post here in our town forum.

This is your vote Form and I will count the vote only if you do it that way.

I believe it Impossible if not improbable to get a mine over at svaha just because you want it . Towns like Ankha , Kucha , And Shenberry would die if it wasnt for those mines. And if this actually goes through it would make alot of people angry .:xd:

Sorry I guess Im Not Understanding The Situation Here. Are you Guys Making a Mine building without a Mine ? Or is Gm_Dak Or any Other Gm Allowing The construction Of a Mine Outside Of Svaha?
Im just saying that making a Mine Building With Lower Prices Is Improbable Because The Building has to Follow the Market Prices. Hopes This Helps ;)

I idea is the if we open a mine 1 of 2 things will happen
A) we have a mine outside svaha and use the mine building to lease spaces, just like the first 3 mine towns.
b) our mine building allowes us to lease spots in mine already around, so we could lease out space in the coal mine. Basicly braking the moloply held by the mine town. They still have the mine, but we can lease spots in it.


Fame same thing as mine, we get one or can lease spots for one.








And what do you mean to many things, if i am paying 5mil, i want my sig how i want it!!

Ok Guys. The new event (The Hunting Monsters) and the Raccoon Paradise cost, forced me to Schedule our events. So the followings are the standar events we will have each week and will be paid from the town. For any extra event, you the townies have to pay if you like to have one.

Yes I know we are rich, but this doesn't mean we have to be greedy and waste money like this.

So here it is.

Monday 2 am PST. Raccoon Paradise.

Monday 2 pm PST. Raccoon Paradise

Thursday 2 am PST. Raccoon Paradise

Thursday 2 pm PST. Raccoon Paradise.

Sunday 2 pm PST. Hunting Monsters. (7 monsters appears in 7 different Hunting Areas random. We have to find em all and eliminate em within 50 mins. The prize (except the monster drops) is tickets for the new Town NPC quests, Damien.)

Personally I would support getting an iron mine for the town as an experimental building. With iron ore prices rising faster than most materials at this moment I think it would be a suitable building to slow down inflation. Although I also think that this action may raise an outcry in the mining community, I believe that the benefits outweighs the cons (either a farm or a mine would create the nearly the same effect, but a mine should have a smaller negative impression on the rest of the community because we will only produce 1 specific mineral instead of all types of food). If GM_Dak or another GM guarantees that we won't be losing too much (hopefully if any) money from trying, I think it is definitely a worthy investment for the town. ^^

theres a problem atm for mining iron ore ahnka wont die the mine slot is on a wating list and is always full so there would be no problem getting an iron ore mine
