Hello, my nickname is LinLan and im current town chief for Sambara

Goal: Making Sambara town the best choice for residents and shareholders

Rules:

Residents

No requirements untill city is full.
When full applicants with higher lvl than lowest lvl residents will replace them.

Heads

Heads are chosen based on shares once per 12 real days , at start of each each goonzu year
Shreholder with most shares gets the head of the building.
Note that to be a head , you need to be resident and you need to apply for it.
Head will remain the same if all applicants have less shares than him/her.
Heads can set his own commision/lease that gives him/her most bennefits.
When durability of a building is lower than 5k head will be replaced to another applicant.

Hey guys!!!!! you all know that i'm the new tc of sambara for almsot 2 months. In these two months sambara got a lot of new high lvl members and we made some good friends.:)This thread was made by Linlan(good friend) long time ago and i don't have to make a new one. Dark Army:
You all know that i'm very harsh with dark army:) if we all work together like a team we can be easilly first every time.

Events: Raccoon Paradise, Private Raccon Paradise, Chimera and Monster Hunt
Next year i'm planing to do daily raccoon events again it will cost a lot but it's worth it. Today's price of rp is around 13mil so for 1 game year(12 days) it will cost town about 168mil or more if the cost of the rp will rise.
I also allow private rps, so if you want to do raccoon paradise alone or with friends just donate money and whisper me time and peple who are going to do it.
If i'm going to be bored or townies ask me to, i migh do Chimera or Monster hunt!!!! don't be shy!!!!

Sambara founds/spendings:
THe npcs and stractues aren't free:) Our town needs around 130mil for all those stuff with today prices 09/22/08 and if we add dailly raccon paradise events 168mil (130+168=ummmmmmmm 298 mil every 12 days) so guys and grils use our buildings and particpate in Dark army

Requirements to Join
-LVL 50 + is preferrable ( if your very active and whisper me i can make an exception )
-Willing to participate in all town events
-To be nice and mature

Rules
Our town is a very respectfull and mature:P we have simple game rules so i don't think i need to write the rules here
