Agreed Though the process was rather gruesome and alot of innocent bystanders were hit, they managed to narrow it down straight to the real cases, every innoncent person was released and some hackers from months -to years of hacking have been given a second chance meaning, you hacked once 2 months ago, then a year ago, you get banned, ijji gives another chance un bans.
