I keep hearing their is GUNZ, and Gunz the Duel wat is the difference? And is GUNZ still available?

There is only one game title, and that is GunZ: The Duel.

Agreed, GunZ: The Duel is the full title of the game. Many people abbreviate this to merely "GunZ".

GunZ happens to be the more popular name as it is shorter. GunZ: the Duel is the full way, however.
