This is just an introduction to those who do not know what many people are actually talking about when they say K-Style, E-Style or many of the other styles used in GunZ. If you find any errors or if you want to add some info into it, post a reply here.
Korean-Style (K-Style)
Short Story
It stands for Korean-Style, which, of course, introduced in Korean GunZ, although this was never confirmed, but is supposed. You need a sword or a kodachi to do K-Style. A dagger may be used but that's for Dagger-Style.
Long Story
Korean-Style is a type of style or gameplay used by many highly leveled users to perform complex combo moves, using either a sword or a kodachi. Korean Style (K-Style) is actually based on several glitches of GunZ, or programming oversight, which enables you to climb walls with a sword. This was often considered as cheating as it rely on glitches and programming oversights, but this opinion changed when the GunZ 2005 trailer features players using Korean Style.
Wikipedia's definition
In GunZ, Korean-Style (K-Style) is a style of play mostly based on several glitches within GunZ, and is a form of emergent gameplay. Much like in fighting games such as Street Fighter, this allows a player to cancel a move into another, or even allows a player to repeat actions when they shouldn't be able to, thus creating complex combo moves. Because it's based on several programming oversights, people using Korean-Style were often considered to be cheating, but this opinion has since changed, as the GunZ 2005 trailer features Korean players actively using K-Style. The name "Korean-Style" was named after the player "Korean", where the first localized GunZ server was located. Korean-Stylers must use swords or kodachis.
Guide
A Korean-Style guide can be found here (http://strategywiki.org/wiki/GunZ_The_Duel/Korean-Style_Techniques). This guide contains most, if not, all of the moves of Korean-Style.
European-Style (E-Style)
Short Story
It stands for European-style. The origin of this style is unknown yet. European-Style rely more on the core technique, and does not perform complex combo moves. This can be said to be the opposite of Korean-Style.
Long Story
All new players or beginners can be considered to use European-Style, as they rely more on the core techniques, rather than performing complex combo moves like in Korean-Style. In some European-Style guides, a few simple Korean-Style moves are usually included, normally for survival usage. Highly leveled European-Style player may normally be referred to as a sprayer by a Korean-Style player, as they use automatic weapons which spread, but this is false, because the rifle is one of the most accurate weapons in GunZ (see http://www.gunzonline.co.in/items.php for the GunZ items list).
Wikipedia's definition
All new players by default are European-Stylers, relying more on the core techniques to avoid damage. Even though a highly experienced European-Styler can compete with a Korean-Styler, using this style often results in being called a "sprayer", since many European-Stylers use automatic weapons, most of which are inaccurate due to their large spread (although several automatic weapons are some of the most accurate weapons in the game) (As a note, a "sprayer" may also refer to a player who consistently misses with their weapon, or it may also refer to other players using automatics, regardless of their gameplay style.)
Guide
You shouldn't need a guide on European-Style because it's based on the core techniques but nonetheless, there is one here (http://www.gunzfactor.com/adv_european.php) at GunZFactor.com.
Dagger-Style (D-Style)
D-Style stands for Dagger-Style. It's not commonly used because of the many shortcomings of a dagger. Some users may still use it for it is lighter than a sword. A dagger may only perform Korean-Style moves which do not require you to block with a sword. Since it can be used to perform Korean-Style moves, it's also counted as a form of programming oversight.
Wikipedia's definition
However, there are also other types of styles and gameplay methods, such as European-Style (E-Style), which is a style in which the player does not use cancelling, and Dagger-Style (D-Style), which is a style in which the player uses a dagger and can use cancelling.
