lol... I've already seen 100.00%, but is the first time I ever saw a 100.01% O_o Server lagging to give out the lvl, maybe?

OR you could be like 0.01 exp off the exp needed so it thinks your not leveled up xD.
EXAMPLE-
Patrol zone
3 exp! (1.5 xp!)
3 exp! (2.5 xp!)

What happened was once I got .01% I did the ROO Arrest mission for Olivia and then my CPU froze. I reconnected soon after and found the 100.01%. I did 10 combos to see if anything happened but it just went down to .02%. It's gone now.
It would have been funny just to lvl up every time I got a bit of xp. Then I could be lvl 120 XD.
