My friend has an ActiveX program problem. It says he needs it for gunz to download it but when he downloads it , it doesn't work. Does anybody have a website to download it from?

Does he know how to update video card drivers? If not, I can explain, but he might have some old drivers for his device.

I believe he means the Active X that you need for the site...its a popup. Some people don't know or don't want to disable popup blocker so they can't download the ActiveX and therefore they can't play anything. I dont think there's any other place for you to download the ActiveX control.
If you believe that it is an ActiveX issue, try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin. In order to do so, go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files and delete the HGPlugin9USA Class file. If you're asking about another location to download the Gunz client you can go to http://game.ijji.com/download.nhn?m=arcade&gameId=u_gunz
