Most people use frapps atm, but it does tend to lag alot... SF actually has a video recording software in it, but it hasnt be released in the Open Beta as of yet.
You might as well just wait 'til then.

Growler Guncam is very popular for people who don't have blazing fast computers.
Alternatively, if you had a very slow computer, you could just record the video using the record item, play it back and fraps/guncam it.

Use Growler Guncam. It's often used to video Soldier Front videos, and you can get it easily. Although, I think, the non-registered version has a stamp for a little while. But the gameplay isn't ruined.
If you want it, Wikipedia it up and go to the bottom and click the Reference Link to it.

Define most people. Search half the youtube videos and you will see they are made with growler gun cam :P.
And the SF record item is already released, but it is rather buggy.
I actually made a guide for GGC today, look for it. It's like a few posts down.
