ijji.com 2nd Anniversary Event
A great big thank you to all ijji.com users! Help us celebrate! We’re holding special events where you can compete with the users of other games, win prizes, get free stuff, and share your memories and thoughts of ijji.com.

Event 1: The Orange Store
To show our appreciation to each of you who visits ijji.com each day, we're giving you oranges!
Event Period: July 3rd ~ July 17th
OK, OK ~ How do I get oranges?
All you have to do to get oranges is sign in to your ijji.com account. During certain time periods of the day, sign in, and you'll receive an orange.
Here are the sign in time periods and the orange award you can receive:
12:00am ~ 7:59am 1 Orange
8:00am ~ 3:59pm 1 Orange
4:00pm ~ 11:59am 1 Orange
* You can receive a maximum of three oranges per day.
* All times are Pacific Time (PDT). Use the clock on the main ijji.com page to sign in at the correct times.
How can I use my Oranges?
We're glad you asked! To use your oranges, enter the special Orange Store on the 2nd Anniversary Event Page. There, you can see a list of items you can receive by exchanging your oranges. Items include: G Coin Coupons and items for each of our five arcade games:
Gunbound
GunZ
Soldier Front
Drift City
Luminary
* Please note that you can only buy one of any item listed in the Orange Store.
* The Orange Store will close soon after the event is over. Make sure you use your orange before then!
~Think about how you want to use your oranges! You might want to use them as soon as you receive them, or save them for an item that requires more oranges!~
Event 2: Online Team Battle
Event Period: July 3rd ~ July 17th
Raise the number of online players during the weekend! With this July being the month of our anniversary, we want your help in reaching a fun milestone : 25,000 users online at once!
To sweeten the deal, we'll make it a 'friendly competition' between the dedicated players of each of our games.
The players of our five arcade games - Gunbound, GunZ, Soldier Front, Drift City, and Luminary - will be split into two teams: Team Delta, and Team Epilson
Team Delta Roster:
All Soldier Front Users
All Luminary Users
All Drift City Users
Team Epsilon Roster:
All GunZ Users
All Gunbound Users
How to Participate - It's simple!
- Choose your team simply by signing into the game of your choice.
- During Each day of the event, we'll record the number of players online.
- On weekends, the recording time is 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PDT)
- Make sure that you're online in your favorite game to be counted!
What do we win?
The Winning team wins the following:
-Experience up weekend events for each game (Dates to be announced)
-100 Users on each days winning team will win an custom-made embroidered ijji patch and one more patch for the game of their choice (from the winning team, of course)
- LOOK FOR GMs IN THE GAME DURING EVENT TIME. THEY WILL BE RANDOMLY GIVING OUT IN-GAME PRIZES TO USERS WHO ARE IN THE GAME DURING BATTLE TIME!!! (More info on this in a future announcement ^^)

The past two years have been a true labor of love for the people working at ijji.com. With the ups and downs of maintaining a dynamic online gaming service, the life of ijji has been a real roller coaster!
The ijji Question: Inspired by the Davos Convention in Davos, Switzerland, the ijji Question Event is one where we ask you to put yourselves in the spotlight, fire up your webcams, record yourself answering the question, and then upload your video to youtube.com.
What is your best memory as a user of ijji.com, and what should our managers, staff, and users do as a group to promote a strong community?
How to Participate:
1. Create a video of yourself answering the ijji Question.
2. Upload the video to http://www.youtube.com
3. Video Description must include one of your in-game IDs (and the Game) so we can identify you.
4. Email events@ijji.com with subject [ijji Question Event] and link us to your video in the email.
(Submissions must be received in email by July 17th, 2008)
How to Win:
The most thoughtful, intelligent, entertaining, and insightful responses will win the following:
10 Winners: $25 Amazon.com Gift Card
5 Winners: $50 Amazon.com Gift Card
2 Winners: $100 Amazon.com Gift Card
