Alot of people are doing this now.. You can tell if they are forcing lag because they can play normally but have ping that just doesn't let them die.

Again, true, the pings always have a "loading spike" to me Sometimes it's only a 10 ping difference, sometimes its a huge 400 ping difference.

Give it a round THEN screenshoot it.

Honestly, if they did edit their own ping by using limewire or some dialup interweb connection, it goes BOTHWAYS! Just spray them. Slash them and then count how long it takes for them to either flinch or block or charge a massive. That's the time it takes for you to leadshoot. THERE YOU GO!
