i use 71 2.0 for half screen and 72 3.0 for full screen...seems to work pretty good - if those angles are high enough for you, hehe

One-half screen, zero wind:
Angle 80 Power 2.8
Angle 70 Power 2.05
Angle 60 Power 1.77

One screen, zero wind:
Angle 80 Power 3.9
Angle 70 Power 2.9
Angle 60 Power 2.5

Ask if you want any other distances.

ya, an angle full power chart would really help me out, but i've looked all over the internet and still cant find one :(

it's really hard to make a wind chart for full power... you'd have to literally make a different chart for every angle if you want to be accurate, other than that it's meh

are u sure about 70 2.05? when i use 70 2.0, it goes too far, but 71 works perfect, and u cant miss 2 bars...

u guys measure differently than i do... for me i just do like each inch is about 1 angle... works like all the time unless i measure rong, and about a cm less on the power bar would be about 1 angle less.. or about 1 cm im not sure, but i use my eyes to measure, so it should b close to those.

what happens when u change monitor sizes? that method becomes useless :(

You gotta develop your own formula regarding your monitor... I play kalsidon a lot and almost found formula to be perfect for really low winds.. on full power

still working on high winds..

I use 20" monitor widescreen

maybe I'll post screenshots later + formula o.o

my angles:
3/4 = 84 2.4
1 screen = 72 2.0
half screen = 76 2.4
2/4 = 68 2.4
i always use this and works.. if someone try this and dont work sorry lol

did u run that thru ks calc? cuz some ppl say half screen is 80 2.65. personally 2.7 works fine for me.

2/4? just for clarity you meant 1/4 right?

Why don't we revive every 7 month old thread by posting a few 0 wind powers that anyone can figure out ;)

Maybe it's just me but it doesn't matter the monitor I use.
On any given day I play on:

A 15 inch
A 17 inch widescreen
A 19 inch
A 33 inch widescreen

Yes the SCREEN changes but the map doesn't. If you memorize locations instead of approximate distances you can always find your shot. At worst you can carry around a small ruler if you are on a new screen, measure out what say...86 full looks like. And then apply it to new shots, in no time you won't be using the ruler anymore.

the screen distance is the same for all monitors. For kallisdon i suggest not playing it going to something other people wll respect you bye. Anyway if you want to use kal i suggest using, old/new interface, looking at 0 wind shots and "take note" of what angle you use and power you hit. Then take notes on wind, just like left right up down, then you'll go forth and venture on to being the most pro kal in gb : thats legit of course.

but then you have to compete with errorl :I

80 full will go just a tad over full screen, try 80 3.9 :)

or what i use is 20 parts per screen which is about 1 inch each angle (depends on your monitor) ... and I use power according to how far I need to shoot. half screen is about 2.8 power with angle 80. Under half screen would be like 2.78 power with angle 80 - 89 ... just BARELY a smidge under 2.8 power. and full screen is 2.9 power with angle 70. so basically anything between angle 81 - 72 would be like 2.85 power. when you measure in parts per screen, make sure the line is on top of or a smidge halfway from the middle to the back end of the mobile ur shooting ... where it lines up is very accurate so if the line is touching the very front of the enemy's mobile, then chances are your shot will land short and make a nice hole riiiiight in front of 'em.

visual explaination of 2.8 or 2.9 bars of power

[---------][---------][---------][----------]

and each dash is .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 .8 .9

so 2.8 would be:
[---------][---------][-------*-][----------]

kal is fun .. for those learning, enjoy!
