That is what appears on my screen but:

Digestive: 0/100
Circulatory 0/100
Respiratory 0/100
Nervours 0/100

My general health is +24 The H bit in the hear next to it is 96.

I eat rice balls for food.

I have tried digestive pills when my "Digestive" bar went into the minus reds.
Now everything is normal but it still proceeds to say that message.

What level are you? Depending on your level you really shouldn't be eating rice balls, they are bad for your digestive system. If I were you, I would start eating food that makes your systems positive live Beef Rib, Chicken Soup, etc. Try taking a digestive pill and sitting for a while. That's the only thing I can think of.

Well being a miner and getting that screen about half of the time , all you have to do is cure your digestive problem ( or whatever problem you have ) and since it takes time for your health to replenish your going to have to sit down until our health reaches 100 or 110% for the 10% health bonus. Just because it says your strength is deteriorating doesn't mean it is happening just heal the problem and wait a while ( a long while )
