Premiums and Storage

I'm looking at some gear to buy and had a question. I've looked all around and can't seem to find the answer so I'll ask it here.

Can you share premium items between characters? I haven't used Storage yet (and am at work so I can't test it), so I am unclear if you can use it to trade gear between characters. It would seem a waste to buy the lower level gear if you outgrew and couldn't pass it on to another low level character of yours.

Yes you can switch between characters on the same account through storage.

Yes. All you have to do is when you have premium stuff on one character, take it off, put it in storage, then switch to you're other character and take it out. Then equip it to that character. Simple? I think so.
