Nope it wont let me on

Ok i have seen this a few time on the bord but i dont care.
When i try to join a server it wont let me connect to it. When i first installed it it let me on for about half an hour but then logged me off. It is like letting someone take a bite of cake and taking it away.
Now i dont want people to say turn off your firewall because i have.
I have:
reinstalled it.
turned off firewall
waited and tried again
added it to my acceptions.

The problem may be beacause i have firefox. the new nortan.
I dont no so help me.

You are able to get to the server selection screen using Fire Fox? If your worried about having Fire Fox on the computer, but you use IE for the game that shouldn't be a problem, many people use both, including myself.

Can you post a screen shot?

Just to be sure... where do you live?

I live in england but i don't understand how that would efect it

Well the servers are in U.S. so there is distance issues, but more importantly some regions have been IP banned from NAGunz; however, England to my knowledge is not one of those regions. So, other pertinent questions would be: do you have dial-up or broadband? Do you use a router or proxy server? At the server screen, are all the servers greyed out, full...? Does it give any message when you try to connect? With your firewall on, does it log any relevant connection attemps being blocked or allowed?
