1)Uninstall your Na-GunZ
Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs
2)Delete Gunz Folder
C:>ijji>english>gunz
3)Restart computer
4)Reinstall Gunz
5)Let updates run
6) have fun
If the problem presists, re-download the installer b/c yours might be corrupted
