plz help i cant log on

ok well this is basicly what hapens when i try to log on i sign in click play live it downloads that thing i press play then when the screen shows that guy with a sword and it gets to skins it minimizes it self and whenever i try to click on it to get back it just sends me right back plz help i realy realy love the game gunz.:bye: :bye: :bye: :bye: :bye:
