i can't play the game

Okay, i was playing the game and somedays i have to format my pc ... i have formated my pc then i wanted to re-play the game but i couldn't i don't know why ... i installed the game like i had installed it befor i format ... i suddently see that was a new update maybe it's the cause of the probleme .. i click on Play live it say me to instal the game it download and instale than nothing ... i tried to download the game manualy but the fonction is disabled ... so please help me

Did you restart your computer?

Formating seems to mess up alot of peoples games for some reason.
Have you tried running the game on your computers admin service?

yeah i restart the pc nothing , my pc is the admin of our 4 pc's :s the other pc are for my parent jobs with a ridicul config only my pc rox so i don't tried on an other pc ... :s

What is your computers specs? And what do you mean by reformat, do you mean you need to reformat your hard drive and reinstall the OS, etc?

yeah i had formated my hard drive and reinstall the Os
i have a P4 3.0ghz , Nvidia 7800Gtx 1024Ddr and Win LSD with my original Win XP Pro key ...
