So I downloaded Gunz and installed it. I came back to ijji and clicked Play Live and the launcher comes up and says connecting to server, please wait. Then a window titled FFFFFFFD pops up and says Unable to retreive neccesary game information. So I clicked ok and the launcher closes. I cant seem to find a way to fix it. Anybody got suggestions?

Uninstall and Reinstall GunZ. This was a big problem when it first came out and most of the versions were corrupted.
What firewall are you using?
Four things similar to the following files require internet connections for Gunz to work properly. The addresses may be differant on your computer.
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gunzlauncher.exe
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gunz.exe
c:\ijji\english\gunz\gameguard.des
c:\windows\downloaded program files\hgstart9usa.exe

If you are have issue trying to connect to GunZ try following steps to correct the condition:
Step1 Close the GunZ browser page. Launch a new IE browser and go to the GunZ page again. Wait for the page to load completely (this means that all of the images must have finished loading...the Play Live button is not active until all the objects on the page are loaded into the browser). It should work.
Step 2 If Step 1 doesn't work, restart your computer, also delete any Cookies and Temporary internet files too and make sure there is no conflict with your firewalls then go through Step 1. It should work.
Step 3 If Step 2 doesn't work, erase the GunZ folder from the ijji folder in your C: drive. Also make sure there are no other versions of GunZ installed. Then go to Step 1. It should work.
Step 4 If Step 3 doesn’t work, try upgrading your Internet Explorer browser version to 7.0.
If you receive an error message during a game launch, please try re-launching the game at least 4 ~ 5 times from a new Internet Explorer browser window.
This is only a temporary solution that you can use to avoid the problem. Our developers are working hard to permanently resolve this issue as soon as possible.
