Few Bugs.

[Michael the Coder]

- The direction needed to move comes up too slowly.
- Exiting the game takes a very long time.(Fixed : Had to update GameGuard)
- When using arrow keys, cars don't always move.
- MPH increase/decrease lags.

More will be added when I find them out.
