tell you friend to go to help desk and or have you do it for him you are ganna need to know alot of stuff about your account like when u started and when u started having problems and if he got coins the last comfermation of it and stuff like that

there most likly not stolen but banned if he trys to log in and it says wrong pass and then you check you pass with your email and that is wrong to i guess it means you have been banned.....
