Settings Bug?

Every time I start the game, I lower my Graphics and Volume settings so the game runs smoother. However, they seem to reset back to normal when I leave and I have to change them again and again. I assume this is an error because every game I've ever played automatically saves the game settings you choose.

Bug: Game Settings (graphics, volume, controls, etc) reset whenever you enter/exit the game.

yea sorta ghey.. but its only a minor bug. not a big issue but it still should be fixed.

It's quite annoying especially as the game tends to freeze for some time whenever you change the graphics settings.
