i dont think there's any lvl limit to gift prems....might be that the lvl for each prem....for example if a prem lvl is for 15 and up, your friend has to be lvl 15 and up.....not sure this makes sense, but if thats his main account, he has to be higher lvl than the prem hes gifting.....
i may be wrong, which i probably am....

i looked up for you - you have to be over level 25, i think and you have to buy ijji coin at least twice before you can gift

So the gift recipitant HAS to have bought coins to receave a gift? or the gifter has to have bought? I am level 36 and hes 28 he should be able to gift me no probs right?? i have never bought coins b4
You are correct, the only requirement is that the gifter has to be over the lvl of 25. No more requirements aside from that.
