Wallie Problem

Hey guys i got like a question here i bought a Wallie card ( i m from holland BTW)
so i added the ijji coins (kind of) it ses at my acount a maked a transfer on 22-5-2007
it sed to compleet this i had to wait for like 6-8 days until paybycash is done whit it so i waited those days. Now its like 1-6-2007 and i still got no ijji coins. Now my question to you guys is: if my transfer not compleet or what have i done wrong i just want some ijji coins if you know what i mean :P

Or use search function to find another thread regarding to this problem, IF someone had got an answer, which I highly doubt, because these things are handled by sending a mail to Customer Service or some.
