Download Error

1. Logged in @ 1:00.
2. Accessed the game thru cbtest.
3. Download screen pops up.
4. Download error pops up.
5. Closed client & Reloaded.
6. Same error pops up.

Result: Can't Log Into Game. I restarted client 4 times and the error still pops up.
