how come i can't post my bugs and glitchs?

whenever i click submit thread, it just brings me back to a blank page to type in text again...i mean, its a bit lengthy..but WTF!! ..or maybe im stupid and posting in wrong place..?

Mabye your using the wrong internet browser? That happens to me whenever I use IE
