Error when closing dc

After the update i get this error everytime i close dc.
But now im even starting to get it during the game

Anyone know the solution for this error?

Il translate it quickly

The instruction on 0x77c45844 refers to memory 0x79604fa7. Reading or writing on the memory have failed. (just translated it quickly , dont flame if there's any faults in it)

I get that on my dad's computer also. I googled a solution and was given nothing. I haven't tried reinstalling though.

i never got it , till the update and it only came when i closed dc, but now it also coming during the Game.
